Gokulashtami in Govindapuram

As usual I followed the unwritten schedule from morning to afternoon.

I was wondering whether I will be able to use a different tool in the class, which was scheduled for the afternoon session. But, like a lightning, an announcement by our coordinator, changed the course of the day. Lunch consisted of Tomato Rasam and beans with carrot porial, which was simple but tasty.

There I sat looking at what Tulasi and Gayatri were upto. Around 3 PM, or maybe 2:30 PM, they started preparing the materials for Vella Seedai, Uppu Seedai, Murukku, and Aappam, ofcourse under the watchful eyes of Geetha. 

By 4:30 PM, the Gokulashtami Special treats were ready. I got ready for the Pooja by 5:30 PM. Around 6:30, once every one was present, I started the Pooja after invoking Ganesha.

Tulasi and Gayatri sang songs for Krishna. Then after performing, nivedanam, we had prasadam.

So that's  how the day was planned for me. I enjoyed it.
